To become a space scientist in ISRO, you need to study engineering or science. ISRO prefers to hire people with a master's degree in mechanical, electrical, or computer engineering or a PhD in astronomy, physics, or mathematics. Physicists study the theoretical aspects of space science and use laboratory equipments.
